Thank you Charles for your service and the ultimate sacrifice! May you rest in peace and your family comforted by the fact that your service is appreciated beyond the expression of words. May Charles remain in your hearts until you meet again.

Charles was an American patriot. He was a brave young man. He strived to make his father proud, and he did. He will be missed.

I went to middle and high school with Charles. He was such a nice kid and so dedicated to protecting our country. It's so surreal that he is no longer with us. My deepest sympathy to his family. May he rest in peace.

I always told her Charlie is doing what he believes in and needs to do. He was a good kid and a good friend to my daughter Sara.
We all need to think about the sacrifices made to preserve freedom, and, to the heroes
