Julia M. (Casey) Coaloa, 85 of Port Charlotte, Florida, passed away Friday, December 12, 2014 in Port Charlotte.

Born in New York in 1929, she moved with her family to New Jersey, where she met her devoted husband of 54 years, Andrew. The couple retired to Punta Gorda in 1994. Julia's unwavering faith, love of family and pride in her Irish heritage will be fondly remembered.

Julia is survived along with Andrew by a brother, Joseph; sisters Ann and Lillian; daughter, Kathleen and son, James; and grandchildren Thomas, Brendan, Kate and Liam. She is reunited in the Lord with her beloved parents, John and Julia, and sister, Patricia.

A Memorial Mass celebrating Julia's life will be held 11:00 a.m. this Friday, December 19, 2014 at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Port Charlotte.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Julia's name to St. Charles Borromeo Catholic School, 21505 Augusta Avenue, Port Charlotte, FL 33952.

Arrangements are by Roberson Funeral Homes & Crematory Port Charlotte Chapel.
