Will miss him as he was a close friend since he moved to Port Charlotte in the 80's.

Our thoughts and prayers are with his brother John and family. Powell will be missed by all who remember him at Charlotte Sports Park where he was at most games as far back as the Texas Rangers; Stone Crabs and Spring training for the Rays. He was a true gentleman. May he rest in peace.
