Robert Lee Householder, 78, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away Sunday, November 30, 2014 into the arms of His Lord and Savior, Jesus on November 30, 2014 following a courageous battle with Alzheimer's disease.
Robert was born December 19, 1935 in Steubenville, Ohio and moved to Port Charlotte in 1999 from Xenia, Ohio. He attended the First Baptist Church of Port Charlotte.
Survivors include 3 sons, Ron, Gary(Stacey) and Tom (Andrea) Householder; a daughter, Kim Mault; 3 sisters, Alberta ,Verna and Cindy; 12 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his loving wife, Barbara; 2 daughters, Christy and Angel; sisters, Joyce Patterson and Carol Koning; parents, Charles and Jessie Householder; daughter-in-law, Inge Householder; and a great grandchild, Xander
Funeral services will be held 1:00 PM Friday, December 5, 2014 at Roberson Funeral Home Port Charlotte Chapel. Pastor Jim McCarty will officiate. Interment will follow at Restlawn Memorial Gardens, Port Charlotte. Please join the family at the First Baptist Church of Port Charlotte for a fellowship luncheon immediately following the interment.
