Rose Picerno, 91, of Port Charlotte, Florida passed away Wednesday, February 4, 2015 at Royal Palm Retirement Centre in Port Charlotte.
Rose was born June 25, 1923 in New York, New York and moved to Port Charlotte 32 years ago from Runnemede, NJ. Rose was a kind and loving lady who enjoyed life to the fullest and will forever be missed by all who loved and knew her.
Survivors include her granddaughter, Dana Vervier of Pittsburgh, PA; 2 sisters, Josephine Hofstetter and Carmella (Herb) Perkins both of NJ; a step-brother, Ezekial Arena of NJ; her step-mother, Suzanna Arena of NJ; 3 great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Private interment will be held, Friday, February 6, 2015 at Restlawn Memorial Gardens in Port Charlotte.
