Dolores K. Garrett, 83, of Port Charlotte, Florida died Saturday, July 7, 2012 in Port Charlotte.

She was born July 29, 1928 in Sullivan, Illinois to the late Charles and Eva Turner and moved to Port Charlotte in 1993 with her husband Lowell from Sidell, Illinois after living most of her life in Champaign, IL. She was a Methodist.

Survived by her loving husband of 66 years, Lowell Garrett of Port Charlotte; a daughter, Laura Baker of Ivins, UT; a son, Mark Garrett of Macomb, IL; and a sister, Bernita Lamb of Camargo, IL and numerous nieces and nephews.
